Our Pilates classes blend classical, contemporary, and sculpting techniques, combining traditional reformer exercises with free weights to provide additional osteo-benefits. Our expert instructors are knowledgeable, experienced, and compassionate in their approach to client training. Our studio is equipped with six Merrithew reformers and ample floor space for over 12 Pilates mats. The space is thoughtfully designed to accommodate all body types and fitness levels, offering a peaceful and supportive atmosphere. Here, we emphasize the foundational principles of Pilates: Breathing, Centering, Concentration, Control, Flow, and Precision.
